Whistle Punk Brewing is a lager focused brewery with two locations in Spokane, WA. We are passionate about brewing the highest quality beers and improving with each brew day.
Whistle Punk Brewing is operated by father-son team Craig and Matt Hanson. Our taproom will always have a wide variety of styles to choose from but they will rotate on a consistent basis. Check out the "On Tap" section below for a current list.

Czech Pilsner
Our 12 plato Czech Pilsner is the heart of our brewery. It is brewed with a blend of floor malted Bohemian pilsner and Francin Pilsner. It is then hopped generously with Czech Saaz. We use a long mash process to create a deep and complex malt presence and hop with the freshest Saaz available. We ferment long and cool and carbonate naturally. Notes of rich brioche and spicy hops. This beer is always poured with a traditional side-pull faucet. 4.8% ABV

Brenda’s Brew
Collaboration Cascadian Dark Ale brewed with Anvil Coffee in honor of our dear friend Brenda Clark. Brenda meant so much to the Spokane craft beer community and we teamed up with Black Label Brewing Co, Mountain Lakes, Humble Abode, Grain Shed, Badass Backyard and LINC Malt to make a beer in her honor.
